QaceGroup Branding Design

Project Overview

QaceGroup Branding System
QaceGroup is a multi-sector organisation with five distinct subsidiaries: QaceTech, QaceHomes, QaceMedia, QaceFarms, and QaceAcademy. I was tasked with designing a unified brand identity system that establishes a strong parent brand while giving each subsidiary its own recognizable voice.

The Challenge

Create a cohesive branding framework that reflects QaceGroup’s credibility and innovation across different industries, from agriculture to media while ensuring each sub-brand stands on its own with purpose and clarity.

The Process

Research & Strategy

I began with stakeholder interviews to understand each brand’s mission, audience, and market. This helped define the shared values that would unify the visual system: trust, innovation, accessibility, and growth.

My Approach

Logo System Design

I designed a flexible logotype structure using consistent typography and geometry, with custom icons for each sub-brand that reflect their domain:

  • QaceTech – Digital globe for technology

  • QaceHomes – Home icon for real estate

  • QaceMedia – Dynamic shapes for creativity

  • QaceFarms – Leaf symbol for agriculture

  • QaceAcademy – Open cube for learning

My Approach

Color System

Each sub-brand uses a tailored palette while remaining aligned with the master brand’s cool blue spectrum. The use of gradients, contrast, and whitespace helps differentiate industries while maintaining cohesion.

My Approach

Conversion-Optimized Structure

A modern, readable sans-serif font was selected to ensure clarity across all platforms, print or digital. Grid systems and spacing rules were standardised for a clean, minimal feel across applications.

The result is a scalable identity system that connects all subsidiaries under one master brand while allowing each to operate independently with a unique yet familiar look. It enhances brand recall and communicates professionalism across sectors.
